Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
BrandFM (“we”) provides a branded radio platform for businesses. This policy explains what data we collect when you use brandfm.co and app.brandfm.co, why we collect it and what your rights are.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, organisation name and the locations you register.
Billing data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your plan, invoices and billing status; we never store full card numbers.
Usage data: which locations are streaming, paired devices, schedules and technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
The marketing site (brandfm.co) uses no tracking cookies. The app uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in.
How we use it
To provide and operate the service, bill your subscription, answer support requests and improve the product.
To send transactional emails such as invitations, receipts and important service notices. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of processors: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
We disclose data to authorities only when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep account data for as long as your account exists and invoices for as long as tax law requires.
You can request access to, correction of, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@brandfm.co.
Analytics: Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
brandfm.co and app.brandfm.co use the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser type, so that we can measure how our advertising performs and show it to people with a similar profile.
When you submit a quote request we record a "Lead" event. It carries only the fact that the form was submitted and the page language - never your name, email address or the content of your message.
We also use Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to load our measurement tools. It does not build a profile of you by itself, but it can load web-statistics tools that set cookies and send Google information about the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type.
Player pages (/play) and our internal admin pages are excluded from tracking entirely.
Both tools load as soon as you open the site. You can block them through your browser's cookie settings, a content blocker, or the ad preferences in your Meta or Google account. Blocking them does not affect how the platform works.
